This site is to keep everyone updated about the fund raising memorial.
More than likely going to be at the Gregson but any challenges are welcome. The idea is to make sure that we can commemorate
Ed's life, to remember the things that he did and said and to collect together some money for Harvee his awesome little chap.
The initial thought is to set up an account for him with a little bit of money in it. It is one of the things thats Harvee
and Ed chatted about and it was ultimately something that Harvee was excited about. Very much so. Again, we are open to other
ideas.The memorial will be based on poetry both Ed and otherwise, or poems dedicated to him. Hopefully some music. Yes most
definitely! We all know how much lust and love he had for music. Any pictures or ideas with regards to the set up of the night,
please leave your comments on the comments page and we will try our best to include everything so long as it doesn't involve
something crazy and impossible like kangaroos or rocket launching. Much as Ed would find that fitting we will have problems.
Having said that the weird, the colorful and the wonderful is very welcome.Ed has touched many people in many ways. I can
personally say he has changed my life and has gifted me with such wonderful things as insight, patience, humor, unconditional
love and utterly barmy zest for life. The best thing we can do is to stay in touch, light a candle talk to each other, remember
(do positive things) and most importantly to let him know that we appreciate and love him. Ed sweetheart, shine on you crazy
diamond.
